The Laboratory of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing is one of the 4 workshops in the School of Rural and Surveying Engineering, Department of Cadastre, Photogrammetry and Cartography, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.

It is equipped with all necessary equipment, workstations / PC and software to solve all the complex problems that called in today.

The scientific laboratory staff has great educational and research experience in mapping, visualization and interpretation of photographs and digital images for production (digital and analog) diagrams, maps and 3D models of the natural environment, urban space and individual objects but in various sizes and in a variety of different scales (from 1:1,000,000 to a 1:1).
